## ATLAS — Business data & operations platform

Bring scattered information and business rules together. Build company-specific workspaces and automation for search, review, approval, and action.

Review related data and progress without switching between screens to check a single order. People and AI work from the same information.

- **Gather data:** Bring spreadsheets, documents, and business-system data together
- **Connect related information:** Connect the items, stock, and production information an order needs
- **Workspaces:** See progress and source documents in one view
- **Process work:** Carry out agreed actions such as approval and stock allocation

Together, we define the data and workflows. CORTEX uses company information and rules to support documents, analysis, and decisions; CONTROL manages installation, updates, and operating health.

## CORTEX — AI for business workflows

Support writing, analysis, and decisions using company data and criteria. Connect AI to work so people can check the evidence, review, and approve.

Find and analyze relevant information, then prepare a draft for the next decision. See the sources used, with important decisions and actions following established review and approval procedures.

- **Understand the situation:** Check current conditions and changes in orders, stock, and equipment
- **Decide:** Analyze options using company data and rules to support decisions
- **Action:** Apply to agreed work after the necessary review and approval
- **Verify:** Record results and the reasons behind decisions

Separate work AI may process directly from work requiring approval. Define when to stop or retry after errors. Models, data, evaluation criteria, usage, and permissions are specified in the agreement.

## CONTROL — Deployment & operations management

See ATLAS and CORTEX installations, versions, and health together. Apply updates in stages and return to a previous version if needed.

Manage applications across cloud, on-premises servers, and field environments. Test releases first, then apply them in the agreed sequence with required approvals.

- **Installation overview:** See which applications are installed where
- **Version management:** Manage software and AI versions and their changes
- **Updates:** Apply tested and approved releases
- **Recovery:** Review health and change history, and restore a previous version

The order defines managed servers and applications, update procedures, health checks, and recovery scope. Remote access, technical support, managed operations, and support hours are agreed separately.

## PORTAL — Organizational decisions & execution

Examine leadership intent and everyday judgment through real situations. A dedicated portal, regular dialogue, coaching and leadership reviews help refine how your organization operates.

Examine familiar assumptions and priorities, and review agreed actions through actual experience. PORTAL is a service we operate together to keep decisions and execution connected.

- **Conversation archive:** Find meetings by host and date, with photos, recordings, and key moments by participant
- **Source & summary:** Search transcripts by speaker and time, and compare AI summaries with original statements
- **Action tracking:** Record owners, deadlines, and progress for agreed actions
- **Experience review:** Review each person's meeting history and follow-up tasks to understand execution experience and future support

A dedicated workspace combines with expert conversations and coaching. Participants, duration, owners, session counts, and hours fit your organization. Recording, transcription, and AI analysis are agreed in advance, with separate access to personal records and leadership reports.

## FLOW — Validate adoption with real work

Test feasibility with actual workflows and data. Understand benefits and limitations before deciding whether and how to adopt.

Use real materials to see whether it helps your work. Make the adoption decision using test results and feedback from the people who tried it.

- **Explore the workflow:** Review the work you want to change and the materials you will use
- **Test together:** Build a working example with real materials
- **Pilot:** Apply to a limited workflow to check benefits and problems
- **Adoption decision:** Document verified benefits, limitations, and requirements for expansion

Choose only the stages you need. Duration, fees, test capabilities, usage, and SHINCHUK's work are defined separately. Moving into production is agreed in a separate order based on test results.

## LENS — Work-record analysis

Review agreed records to identify workflow, repetition, and points needing investigation. Define collection scope, access, and retention first.

Explore what repeats and where checks are needed. Use the owner's work records and materials to identify improvements.

- **Collect:** Gather agreed records and materials
- **Analyze:** Identify repetition and workflow patterns
- **Compare:** Compare documents and screens in supported applications
- **Improve:** Use evidence to identify work that should change

Agree on supported applications, document formats, and review fields first. Define what is collected, when, who can access it, retention, and stopping procedures. Employee records and video are handled only within an agreed purpose and scope, after confirming notices, processing grounds, and approvals.

## How do the six SHINCHUK products work together?

Understand the roles of operational infrastructure, AI, deployment, organizational execution, validation, and work analysis.

### A shared foundation for work, AI, and operations

ATLAS connects related information such as orders and inventory so people can work in one place. CORTEX uses that information to support decisions and carry out permitted actions. CONTROL manages installations, updates, health, and recovery.

### Organizational execution and adoption validation

PORTAL combines a dedicated company workspace with expert conversations and coaching on the purchased foundation. FLOW validates feasibility with real materials. LENS provides records and analysis for understanding work.

### Combine the products you need

Included entitlements and actual capabilities are specified in the order. Underlying rights already included in PORTAL or another product do not need to be bought again.

## From evaluation to operations and expansion

Agree on scope and completion criteria around your goals and operating environment.

### Evaluate and agree

Review goals, priority workflows, and participating teams. If needed, use FLOW to validate feasibility before defining products, capabilities, environments, term, and fees.

### Build and apply to real work

Agree on data connections, workflows, AI, permissions, and acceptance criteria. Guide users, apply to actual work, handle exceptions, and hand over operations.

### Expand from operating results

Use operating results to consider other teams and workflows. The client confirms business rules and field meanings, and supports required access and approvals.

## Understanding subscriptions and implementation fees

Understand term-based subscriptions, implementation and professional services, and resource usage separately.

### Platform subscription

A term-based subscription reflects products, capabilities, organizations, environments, duration, and included usage. The order defines client-specific amounts, currency, taxes, billing, and payment terms.

### Implementation & professional services

Initial implementation can be priced separately or included in the subscription. PORTAL recurring services are scoped by teams, participants, sessions, hours, duration, and responsibilities.

### Resources and expansion

We define usage units, allowances, overage rates, and limits for AI, compute, storage, and execution. Adding workflows using included capabilities within the existing entitlement does not automatically incur per-workflow development fees.

## One agreement set. Four documents.

Understand what the master agreement, order form, statement of work, and operations schedule each define.

### Master agreement and order form

The master agreement defines common licensing, IP, confidentiality, payment, warranty, and liability terms. The order identifies the products, capabilities, organizations, environments, period, pricing, and allowances being purchased.

### Statement of work

The statement of work defines SHINCHUK's validation, implementation, and professional-service schedule, roles, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. Recurring PORTAL conversations, coaching, and leadership reviews have a defined service volume.

### Operations & support schedule

This defines operating responsibility, support, data handling, AI use, permitted purposes, and regional terms. Expansion and renewal changes are recorded through additional orders and updated documents.

## Designing AI autonomy and approval boundaries

Agree on data, source evidence, review criteria, and permitted actions together.

### Start with company rules

Identify the workflow, data, and decision criteria for AI. Define which outcomes to evaluate and which steps always require human review.

### Results people can review

Record the evidence AI used, its reasoning, actions, and outcomes. Separate direct execution from approval-required work, and test duplicate processing, errors, and stopping conditions.

### Make usage conditions clear

The agreement defines models, providers, inputs, outputs, review responsibility, usage, and execution scope. It also specifies the scope and completion criteria for SHINCHUK's data connections, permissions, and execution controls.

## Making regular conversations lead to action

A dedicated workspace operated alongside regular conversations, coaching, and leadership reviews.

### Software and professional services together

PORTAL's operating and renewal agreement combines software use with expert conversations and coaching. Programs, materials, and action records connect to regular participation by the assigned team.

### Operations that fit the organization

Agree on participants, term, roles, deliverables, sessions, hours, substitute staff, and carryover. Session counts and hours are not identical for every client.

### Conversation records and reporting boundaries

Separate access to personal conversation records and leadership reports. Agree in advance on recording, transcription, AI analysis, and retention.

## Agreement and operating details

This guide explains product and agreement structure. The signed agreement and incorporated documents govern the actual scope, pricing, service levels, rights, and obligations.

### Common commercial terms

The master agreement defines common terms for licensing, intellectual property, confidentiality, payment, warranties, liability, termination, and disputes.

### Rights to data and technology

The agreement assigns rights in customer data and customer-created business assets to the customer. Rights in the SHINCHUK platform and shared technology remain with SHINCHUK or the original rights holder. Paying subscription or implementation fees does not transfer platform source code or ownership.

### Termination and settlement

If an agreement is terminated because a notified warranty breach remains uncured after 30 days, prepaid platform and professional-service fees for the remaining period are refunded proportionately under the agreement. The signed agreement determines the exact scope and settlement terms.

### What you purchase

The order specifies products, capabilities, organizations, users, environments, service periods, external access, fees, allowances, allocations, and incorporated documents. Included underlying entitlements do not need to be purchased twice.

### Fees and usage

The order sets amounts, currency, taxes, billing frequency, and payment deadlines. It also identifies whether external model and cloud costs are included, who pays them, usage units, overage rates, and limits.

### Expansion and renewal

Additional orders use the existing master agreement. Relevant statements of work and schedules are updated when work, support, or data conditions change.

### Work and acceptance criteria

We agree on the schedule, roles, deliverables, and acceptance criteria for validation and initial implementation. Completion is checked against agreed requirements for normal processing, exceptions, permissions, and result verification.

### Recurring PORTAL services

Participants, duration, roles, and deliverables are defined together. Session counts, hours, substitute staff, carryover, schedule changes, missed sessions, and rebooking are agreed around the client's operations.

### When scope changes

Additional work is reviewed for timing and cost impacts and documented in a change order. Recurring session time and technical-support response time are not interchangeable.

### Operations and support

We define operating responsibility, support hours and channels, incident response, service levels, and recovery conditions. Initial response, remedial work, workarounds or recovery, and final resolution are distinguished.

### Data and AI use

We define processing purposes, data categories, access, retention, deletion, subprocessors, cross-border transfers, and CONTROL management data. AI models, providers, inputs, outputs, review responsibilities, and model-specific terms are specified.

### Environment and regional requirements

We agree on managed systems, deployment locations, and remote access. Permitted uses, prior approvals, regional alternative terms, and document versions are also defined.

### Inquiry information

The inquiry form sends your name, email, company, contact and role details, and description of work to the existing inquiry system. This information is used to review the work and contact you, as consented to in the form.

### Handling company data

At adoption, the agreement defines processing purposes and data, access, retention, deletion, subprocessors, cross-border transfers, and operating information. PORTAL personal conversation records and leadership reports have separate access boundaries.

### Collection and analysis conditions

LENS collection scope, timing, retention, and stopping procedures follow the agreed adoption scope. For employee records or video, we confirm the purpose, subjects, required notices, processing basis, and prior approvals.

### Data retrieval after termination

At the customer's request, access for data retrieval is provided for 30 days after termination. The agreement defines the data, supported formats, delivery method, timing, subsequent deletion, and required retention.

### Models and data

The agreement specifies models, source materials, evaluation criteria, permitted actions, and usage. We review model-specific terms and external provider responsibilities together.

### Human review and approval

AI outputs may contain errors or omissions. We agree on human review and approval appropriate to the work, and specify the scope and acceptance criteria for data connections, permissions, and execution controls implemented by SHINCHUK.

### Permitted use

The operations and support schedule defines prohibited uses and conditions requiring prior approval. Operations follow the agreed work and access scope.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do we need to buy all six products?

No. Combine products to fit your goals and operating environment. Included entitlements are specified in the order, so the same underlying rights need not be purchased twice.

### How do implementation fees differ from a platform subscription?

A platform subscription grants use within an agreed term and scope. Initial implementation is a professional service for connecting data and applying workflows, and can be included or priced separately.

### Can we validate before adopting?

Yes. FLOW lets you select discovery, testing with real data, or a limited pilot. Duration, fees, test capabilities, usage, and SHINCHUK's work are defined in a separate order.

### Can you deploy in our environment?

The agreement defines deployment and management, whether SHINCHUK cloud, your cloud, or on-premises servers. We first verify environment requirements and implementation scope.

### Does every new workflow incur a development fee?

Adding or configuring work with included capabilities within existing limits does not automatically create per-workflow development fees. Additional SHINCHUK development, increased usage, or new organizations, environments, and products follow separate terms.

### What services are included in PORTAL?

A dedicated company workspace, program design, regular conversations and coaching, execution reviews, and leadership reviews. Participants, duration, roles, frequency, and hours are agreed to fit the organization.

### Are AI results finalized automatically?

Human review and approval are defined according to the importance of the work. Models, data, evaluation criteria, and permitted actions are specified in the agreement.

### Can we retrieve our data when the agreement ends?

At your request, retrieval access is available for 30 days after termination. The agreement defines the data, format, delivery method, subsequent deletion, and necessary retention.
