Global automotive-parts enterprise+ SHINCHUK
More than a stock figure. Read production, sales, and orders together.

Making an impact in everyday work

We aligned production and sales plans, purchasing, BOM, and design-change data from multiple ERP systems by item and reporting date to produce daily inventory reports.
What changed in this workflow
- 3,000 per month
- 5 min per item → Automated
- Approx. 250 hours per month
- The daily routine changed from collecting files to receiving a consistent report and checking the items at risk.
Time savings are calculated from volume and the change in time per item, based on the implementation and validation records in the existing casebook.

Before reading the report, collect the same data again.
At an automotive-parts company, owners switched between ERP screens and spreadsheets to understand inventory. Production and sales plans, purchase orders, BOMs, and design changes were held separately.
Downloads were only the start. Owners aligned item codes and dates, moved values into analysis sheets, assessed supply and demand, and reported shortage and excess risks. This daily preparation came before they could review the actual risks.
We organized and linked sources by item and date. Source collection, analysis spreadsheets, daily reports, and risk lists became outputs of the same process.

Five scattered sources. One daily reporting process.
Collect source data on schedule
Production plans, sales plans, purchasing, BOMs, and design changes were collected at set times. Scheduled execution replaced opening and downloading from each ERP screen.
ERP source data needed for analysis
Align items and dates
Each source was organized by item code and reporting date. The process connected files to analysis sheets for consistent daily comparison.
Analysis data aligned by item and date
Analyze supply and demand; separate risks
Linked data supported inventory analysis and shortage/excess calculations. Risks and data discrepancies were separated for owner review.

Deliver the daily report
The source records and review results are attached to this handoff.
Analysis spreadsheets and daily inventory reports were delivered to owners, helping them focus on risks instead of assembling data.

The system prepares the evidence for inventory decisions
Routine retrieval and organization were automated. Owners retained review of shortage and excess risks and data discrepancies. Report preparation remained distinct from purchasing and production decisions.
The daily routine changed from collecting files to receiving a consistent report and checking the items at risk.
