B2B marketing analytics firm+ SHINCHUK
One client URL. From analytics tools to a delivered report.

Making an impact in everyday work

We connected recurring collection and editing for a B2B marketing analytics company. Aligned units and dates fed standard client reports, while owners retained interpretation and final review.
What changed in this workflow
- 100 runs per month
- 180 min per run → Approx. 10 min per run
- Approx. 283 hours per month
- Less time formatting reports gave owners more attention for explaining what the results meant to the client.
Time savings are calculated from volume and the change in time per item, based on the implementation and validation records in the existing casebook.

Before analysis came repetition: entering URLs and editing output files.
For every client website report, owners entered the same URL in multiple analytics tools, downloaded results, and moved selected information into the delivery template.
Pasting outputs did not finish the report. Units and reporting dates needed alignment and outliers needed checking. Combined with client-specific formatting, one collection and editing cycle took about three hours.
Registering a URL and project once connected required metrics to a standard report. The system collected data and prepared the format; owners interpreted metrics and decided whether it was ready to send.

Collect analytics metrics
We collected the required report metrics from multiple tools, including downloading and consolidating their outputs in the automated workflow.
Results collected from each tool
Align criteria and check outliers
We aligned units and reporting dates, preparing different outputs for a common format and marking values needing review.
Metrics on a consistent basis
Prepare and review the standard report
The source records and review results are attached to this handoff.
Client-specific standard reports were prepared for final review. Owners checked outliers, interpreted metrics, and approved reports for delivery.

Separate collecting numbers from interpreting them
Repeated URL entry and formatting were reduced, while interpretation remained with the owner. A final review ensured that report generation did not itself mean client delivery.
Less time formatting reports gave owners more attention for explaining what the results meant to the client.
