Enter item and delivery data once. Connect drawings and three reports.

Making an impact in everyday work

We built a dedicated workspace connecting item and delivery records with ERP drawings for an industrial-equipment manufacturer, generating three report formats including pricing and subcontractor supply requests.
What changed in this workflow
- 600 per month
- 15 min per item → Approx. 3 min per item
- Approx. 120 hours per month
- The workflow reduced copying between reports and gave owners a clear sequence for checking the evidence each document required.
Time savings are calculated from volume and the change in time per item, based on the implementation and validation records in the existing casebook.
An anonymized implementation story, including work completed by the SHINCHUK team in previous organizations and projects.
One item lookup. Three reports to rewrite.
To prepare pricing and supply-request materials, owners separately located ERP delivery history, item information, and drawings. The same item and history data then had to be entered into three reports.
The task was broader than filling one template. It also required identifying the right drawing, checking prior work, and confirming that all evidence needed for reporting was present.
Entering delivery and item data in the workspace connected drawings and prior workflow records. Missing drawings and materials were checked before shared data populated three outputs.

Collect shared data once. Use it in three documents.
Enter items and history
A dedicated workspace accepted delivery and item data as a table or pasted values. Information previously entered into each report became a single starting point.
Shared input data
Connect drawings and work history
Inputs linked to ERP drawings and earlier processing records, so owners could review supporting materials alongside item data.
Drawings and work history connected to each item
Check missing materials and delivery conditions
We checked required data, drawings, and delivery conditions. Owners remained responsible for reviewing missing materials and final documents.

Three report formats, including pricing and subcontractor supply requests, were generated together. Generation history was saved alongside prior work for the team.

Owners check missing drawings and final documents
Entry, drawing search, and document creation were connected, while missing evidence remained visible for review. Prior work and generation history stayed with the output files.
The workflow reduced copying between reports and gave owners a clear sequence for checking the evidence each document required.
